1. General Information

2. Reservations and Payments
Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is confirmed upon receipt of payment and a confirmation email from Blackwell House.
Deposit: A deposit of 50% may be required to secure your booking.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and bank transfers.
Balance Payment: Full payment must be made 7 days before arrival unless otherwise agreed.
3. Cancellation Policy
Guest Cancellations:
Cancellations made 14 days before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 10 will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows or cancellations within 5 of the check-in date are non-refundable.
Blackwell House Cancellations:
In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking, we will provide a full refund and assist with finding alternative accommodations where possible.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
Check-In Time: From 3:00 PM.
Check-Out Time: By 12:00 PM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and additional charges.
5. Guest Responsibilities
Conduct: Guests are expected to respect the property, staff, and other guests. Any disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in the termination of your stay without refund.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any damage to the property or its contents caused during their stay. Blackwell House reserves the right to charge for repairs or replacements.
6. Use of Facilities
Facilities: Amenities such as the hot tub, sauna, and gardens are for the enjoyment of guests. Please use them responsibly and adhere to safety guidelines provided on-site.
Pets: Only designated pet-friendly rooms allow pets, and prior notification is required. Additional charges may apply.
7. Liability
Blackwell House is not liable for:
Loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
Injuries sustained on the property unless caused by negligence on our part.
Unforeseen events or force majeure circumstances that may affect your stay.
8. Website Use
All content on our website is the property of Blackwell House. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
We strive to ensure the accuracy of the information provided but cannot guarantee its completeness or timeliness.
