We grow our own vegetables in the gardens and our Blackwell chickens give us the fresh free range eggs for your breakfast each day.
We take particular care in sourcing the best local produce available, which you'll find is exceptional in the unique Food Heartlands of County Armagh. From the award winning local Butcher's, NI dairy produce, Lough Neagh Smoked Eels, artisan beers & ciders and of course, we visit the Armagh orchards for Bramley Apples.
Armagh is a real Foodie destination, with food festivals, gourmet trails, Farmer's Markets and great dining experiences.

Joyce has been raised in a rich heritage of both Irish hospitality and traditional cooking. Local favourites from Great Aunt Maggie's recipe book are still used daily in Blackwell Country House.
